Vincotto primitivO was born from a my grandmother’s old recipe and it is
obtained by the slow cooking of must and Salentine primitive wine aged two
years.
The slow and long cooking process reduces it to the density of a non -
alcoholic, sweet, spiced and dark colored syrup. Because of its composition - it
is made from red grapes - it is very nutritional and rich of polyphenols and
antioxidants.
It is a product with no added dyes and preservatives. No added sugar.
The ‘vinegar’ version is enriched with some drops of wine vinegar that makes
Vincotto a natural and versatile condiment to use everywhere.
